Heard Mr. G. Taloh, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the opposite party/contempt petitioner.
This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 23.09.2026, passed in Cont. Case(C) No. 13/2026, whereby the alleged contemnor, namely, Page No.# 2/2 Smti Marchina Boria, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kra Daadi District, Arunachal Pradesh, has been directed to appear today, i.e. on 07.10.2026, at 10.30 a.m.
Since the alleged contemnor is already present before the Court, no consideration is required to be made in the present application.
Accordingly, the alleged contemnor, namely, Smti Marchina Boria, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kra Daadi District, Arunachal Pradesh, is directed to appear before the Court No. 2 at 2.00 p.m.
