Heard Mr. J. Jini, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that during the pendency of the connected contempt petition being Cont.Cas(C) No.24(AP)/2025, the respondent No.5 and 7 have been transferred from their earlier place of posting and in their place, new incumbent has joined.
3. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant seeks impleadment of the following new incumbents, namely, Smt. Manjunath R. IAS, Deputy Commissioner, District Shi Yomi, Tato, Arunachal Pradesh; and Shri Miki Boje, DL & RSO, District- Shi Yomi, Tato, Arunachal Pradesh as respondent Nos.8 and 9 respectively in the aforementioned contempt petition being Cont.Cas(C) No.24(AP)/2025.
4. Upon consideration, the present application for impleadment is allowed.
5. Accordingly, it is directed that the incumbents named above be impleaded as respondent Nos 8 and 9 in the connected contempt petition being Cont.Cas(C) No.24(AP)/2025.
6. The Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
