Shri Bori, learned Legal Aid Counsel who has filed this IA for condonation of delay of 757 days in preferring the connected appeal. Notice was issued on 11.06.2026. So far as the respondent no. 2 is concerned, there is an office note dated 03.09.2026 referring to a service report received from the Deputy Superintendant of Police, Upper Siang district that the notice has been served. Heard the learned Legal Aid Counsel on the aspect of condonation of delay. After hearing the learned counsel and considering the nature of the appeal which is against an order of conviction and sentence, we are of the opinion that the delay in preferring the appeal is required to be condoned.
