Tatak, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has sought for impleadment of the following incumbent as respondent No.2; Shri Rishkesh Ranjan Sinha, the officer Commanding, 105 RCC, (GREF), Pin:930105 C/o 99 APO, Moying, PO/PS: Jengging, District Upper Siang, Arunachal Pradesh.
He has submitted that though initially the contempt petition has been instituted against one incumbent, from the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the said incumbent, the petitioners would learn that the matter was pending before the incumbent, who is presently sought to be impleaded.
Considering the above, the present application for impleadment is allowed.
Accordingly, it is directed that the incumbent named above be impleaded as respondent No.2 in the connected contempt petition being Cont.Cas(C) No.09(AP)/2026.
