Heard Shri B. Picha, learned Counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. P. Pangu, learned counsel for the State of Arunachal Pradesh and Shri B.J. Koyu, learned Counsel for the private respondents. Shri B. Picha, learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to subsequent development, he would like to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to put to challenge such subsequent developments. Both Ms. Pangu, learned State Counsel and Shri B.J. Koyu, learned counsel for the private respondents have not raised serious objection to the aforesaid prayer. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal, with liberty as prayed for.
