07.09.2026 Shri H. John, learned counsel appearing on instruction of Shri T. Omo, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though this petition was filed alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the judgment and order dated 10.03.2026 passed in WP(C)/593/2024, he has instruction not to press Page No.# 2/2 this contempt petition.
