Mr. Tabit Tapak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accused applicant, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to the accused applicant to file a fresh application after making necessary corrections.
2. Ms. L. Hage, learned Addl. P.P., Arunachal Pradesh, has no objection to the above prayer.
3. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the accused applicant to file a fresh application after making necessary corrections, if so advised. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
