Heard Mr. P. K. Tiwari, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Mr. R. L. Thungon, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R. Biswas, learned counsel, along with Mr. D. J. Kapil, learned counsel for the opposite party/election petitioner.
2. This application has been filed seeking issuance of summons for the attendance of the witnesses for the purpose of giving evidence.
