Ms. Y. Pema, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present interlocutory application as well as the criminal petition, with liberty to file fresh applications, if so advised, to which Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, raises no objection. Accordingly, the interlocutory application as well as the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for.
