ORDER
Date : 19.08.2026 Mr. G. Natung, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that certain deficiencies have inadvertently occurred in the bail application and therefore, prays for withdrawal of the same with a liberty to file afresh. Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, is present. Prayer for withdrawal is accepted.
