Mr. A. K. Purkayastha, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the relief sought for by the petitioners in the connected writ petition viz. WP(c)459(AP)2023 has already been granted to them by the respondents and therefore, no surviving grievance remains against them in this contempt petition. The learned counsel, accordingly, on instruction, prays for closure of this contempt petition as having become infructuous.
