Heard Mr. Tukrin Ligu, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. Pura Sangeeta, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the Opposite Parties.
2. By way of the present interlocutory application, the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the connected writ petition, being WP(c)346(AP)2026, pending adjudication before this Court, with liberty to pursue the statutory remedy of preferring an appeal under Section 12 of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants Act), 2003, which is stated to be pending consideration before the Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar Capital Complex.
3. Prayer made by Mr. Ligu, learned counsel for the applicant, has not been opposed by Ms. Sangeeta, learned Government Advocate.
4. In view of the above, the instant interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
5. Consequently, the connected writ petition being WP(c)346(AP)2026, stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted to the petitioner to pursue the statutory remedy available under the provisions of Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants Act), 2003.
