ORDER
Date : 10.07.2026
Mr. S. Gogoi, learned counsel for the accused applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, with a liberty to file a fresh application, if so advised.
2. The prayer is allowed.
3. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for.
4. Mr. Gogoi, learned counsel for the accused applicant, prays that the original vakalatnama be returned to enable the applicant, who resides in Tawang, to file the fresh application.
5. Considering the submission made, the Registry is directed to return the original vakalatnama to the learned counsel for the accused applicant, after obtaining the scanned copy of the vakalatnama on the record.
