Date : 02.07.2026 Heard Mr. K. Moses, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. P. Pangu, learned State Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, and Ms. M. Karbak, learned counsel for respondent No. 5. Challenge made in this writ petition is to the decision of the Tender Selection Committee dated 29.02.2024, recommending M/s F. B. Enterprises, respondent No. 5 herein, for supply of “Pre School Kits” pursuant to the NIT dated 15.01.2024, issued by the Secretary, Women & Child Development Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, as well as the consequential award of the work in favour of respondent No. 5 vide letter dated 13.03.2024.
