ORDER
Date : 23-06-2026 Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh, in view of the fact that the case of the petitioner was considered by the respondent authorities and consequently, the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled by an order dated 21.09.2013. Mr. T. Tagum, learned Standing Counsel, Education Department is present. Prayer is accepted. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for.
