Heard Mr. Sudesh Kumar Singh, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. Neelam Taje, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Token Ete, learned Addl. P.P., Arunachal Pradesh.
2. After arguing the matter at some length, Mr. Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this criminal revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned trial Court.
3. Prayer, not being objected to by Mr. Ete, learned Addl. P.P., Arunachal Page No.# 2/2 Pradesh, is allowed.
4. In view of the above; the instant criminal revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned trial Court, if so advised.
