ORDER
Date : 18-03-2026 Ms. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the case has already been charge-sheeted against the petitioner and the same is now pending trial before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Yupia. In view of the above, Ms. Chongruju, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh after make necessary correction.
