Mr. A. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this bail applicant with a liberty to file afresh bail application before the learned Trial Court to which Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and Mr. U. Bori, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the informant and the victim have no objection.
