Date : 17.02.2026

Mr. Gamken Bam, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Jumgam Jini, learned counsel for the respondents, and Mr. Debo Kr. Deori, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that he has the instructions from both the learned counsels for the parties who are unable to appear before the Court today to the extent that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and as such, the matter has become infructuous and therefore, he has further instruction to withdraw the instant appeal on behalf of both the parties.
