ORDER

S.K. Medhi, J. 11.02.2026 Heard Shri L. Perme, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Shri Raghbindar Ray, opposite party/writ petitioner who has appeared in-person. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for review and recall of certain observations made by this Court in its order dated 03.09.2025 passed Page No.# 2/2 in WA/05/2023. We are, however, of the opinion that the prayer made is a prayer which would amount to review of the aforesaid order dated 03.09.2025. The Rules holding the field prescribe for filing a review petition and the same cannot be replaced by filing an interlocutory application. In view of the above, the I.A. is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court in the form and in the appropriate manner.
