Heard Mr. S.S. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 14.10.2026 does not reflect the details of the case on which the petitioner was seeking bail.

2. He has prayed that the said case details may be inserted in the order dated 14.10.2026. While the insertions of a paragraph in the order dated 14.10.2026 may not be feasible, it is clarified that the order dated 14.10.2026 passed in B.A. No. 2672/ 2026 granting the privilege of bail to the petitioner was with regard to Special (Nar) Case No. 124 (BGN) of 2025 arising out of Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 184/2025 under Section 22 C/29 of NDPS Act 1985 pending before the Court of learned Special Judge, Bongaigaon.
