Heard Mr. C. Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. PP for the State.
2. This application has been preferred seeking correction in the order dated 12.10.2026 passed by this Court in Bail Application no. 2790/2026.
3. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner is Ariful Islam but it has been wrongly mentioned as Ajaharul Islam and Azaharul Islam at paragraph 2 of the said order.
4. Further, the name of the Police Station has been mentioned as Moibari instead of Moirabari.
5. Furthermore, two dates of arrest has been mentioned as 01.08.2026 and 24.08.2026 whereas there is only one date of arrest i.e. 24.08.2026.
6. Furthermore, at paragraph 4 and paragraph 7 of the said order, the words ‘petitioners’ has been used instead of ‘petitioner’.

7. On perusal of the record, the aforesaid errors are corrected by directing that the name of the petitioner in paragraph 2 of the said order be read as ‘Ariful Islam’ instead of Ajaharul Islam and Azaharul Islam.
8. The name of Police Station shall be read as Moirabari instead of Moibari in paragraph 2.
9. Furthermore, the words ‘petitioners’ appearing in paragraph 4 and 7 shall be read in the singular as ‘petitioner’.
10. The aforesaid order stands corrected accordingly and the present petitioner shall be read alongwith the order dated 12.10.2026 in Bail Appln. 2790/2026.
11. The IA stands disposed of.
12. Furnish a copy of this order to the learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant.
