3. The learned Addl. P.P. has submitted that the Case Diary is yet to be received.

4. The petitioners were arrested on 25.07.2026, on allegations of having committed criminal misappropriation, theft, and disappearance of consignments, which were in their vehicle.

5. Having gone through the materials on record and the length of detention, I am of the considered opinion that further custodial interrogation of the petitioners at this stage may not be required. Accordingly, the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- each, with two local sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Barpeta, Assam, who shall be at liberty to impose such other conditions as may be required for ensuring the participation of the petitioners in the investigation process.
