On 24.08.2026, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State had submitted that the charge sheet has been laid in the instant case vide charge sheet no. 90/2026 dated 29.06.2026. However for the ends of justice, the matter was listed in spite of the Page No.# 2/2 absence of the Counsels. Today is the third time, when the matter is called and nobody has appeared for the petitioner. As such, this Court deems it fit to close this Anticipatory Bail Application for the ends of justice. Further, the interim order dated 23.07.2026 also stands vacated. Matter is closed.
