Date : 14.10.2026 Heard Mr. C. Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioner. Ms. M.M. Kataky, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the order of this Court has duly been complied with by passing a speaking order dated 16.02.2026. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the speaking order i.e. order dated 16.02.2026, if so advised. Ms. M.M.
