Date : 14.10.2026 Heard Ms. T. Som, learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant. Also heard Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Addl. PP for the State Respondent. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail by the accused-applicant in connection with Nagarbera P.S. Case No. 65/2026, registered Page No.# 2/2 under Sections 318(4)/340(2) of BNS, 2023, read with Section 9(1) of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (corresponding to GR No. 346(k)/2026, pending before the court of learned JMFC, Boko, Kamrup. A coordinate bench of this court, vide order dated 23.09.2026, has granted the accused-applicant interim pre-arrest bail with a direction to the accused-applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer within ten (10) days from the date of the order. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant that in terms of the aforesaid order dated 23.09.2026, the accused-applicant has already appeared before the IO and got his statements recorded. The aforesaid statement has also been confirmed by the learned Addl. PP for the State. Taking into account the aforesaid, the interim order dated 23.09.2026 is hereby made absolute. Accordingly, the instant AB application is disposed of.
