Heard Mr. J. Ali, learned counsel for the accused applicant. Also heard K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused applicant, Jainal Abadin, who was arrested on Page No.# 2/2 22.08.2026, in connection with Bhuragoan P.S. Case No. 94/2026 under Sections 21(b)/25 of the NDPS Act, 1985. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the instant case, FR vide FR No.06/2026 dated 11.10.2026 has been filed in favour of the accused applicant. In view of the above, the bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
