Page No.# 2/2 Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner has been handed over the certified copies of the FIR of Dispur Police Station UD Case no. 35/2024 dated 07.03.2024; the Post Mortem Examination Report in connection with the death of Late Ali Akbar; and the Final Report submitted in connection with Dispur Police Station UD Case no. 35/2024 dated 22.03.2025. Having received the copies of the above, Mr. Hussain has submitted that the contempt petition can be closed at this stage. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed. The photo copies of the documents handed over to Mr. Hussain by Mr. Nath are kept with the case record.
