Heard Mr. MH Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. YM Mahanta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A Chamuah, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2. It is submitted that the order of this Court, dated 03.09.2018 passed in WP(C) No. 5961/2018 has already been complied with as the arrear salary of the petitioners have already been released to which Mr. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioners has acknowledged. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
