ORDER

Heard Mr. K. I. Mazumder, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. P. Goswami, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
2. Mr. Goswami, the learned APP for the State, submits that the Charge- sheet has been laid in the instant case, vide Charge-sheet No.95/2026, dated Page No.# 2/2 30.08.2026. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, he be permitted to move an application before the competent Court.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. Further it is seen that, the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail. The said bail order be extended by another 15 days time, so as to enable the petitioner to take recourse to his relief.
