12.10.2026 Heard Mr. A. K. Azad, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant. Mr. K. Gogoi, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appears on behalf of the Respondent.
2. This is an application filed for substitution of the Respondent No.4 who expired on 01.08.2018 pending disposal of the accompanying writ petition.
3. Taking into account that the right to sue survives upon the legal representatives of the Respondent No.4, this Court substitutes the Respondent No.4 with the Respondent Nos.4(a) and 4(b).
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court and the Registry shall on the basis thereof make necessary correction in the cause title and update the same in the CIS.
5. I.A. stands disposed of.
