ORDER
12.10.2026 Heard Mr M K Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr D P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
2. Mr Goswami submits that the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner vide C.S. No. 173/2026, dated 29.09.2026.
3. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court.
