ORDER
Date : 08.10.2026 Heard Mr. H. Pame, learned counsel for the petitioner. It has been submitted by Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge-sheet vide CS No.147/2026 dated 28.08.2026 has been submitted. The petitioner was granted interim bail by the order dated 17.08.2026. In view of the submission of the charge-sheet, the present petition does not require any further Page No.# 2/2 consideration and the same is accordingly closed by making the interim bail order dated 17.08.2026 absolute.
