Heard Mr. F. Haque, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. DP Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Mr. DP Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State in compliance of this Courts direction has placed a report dated 24.09.2026 furnished by the Officer in Charge, Jalukbari Police Station, wherein it was Page No.# 2/2 stated that upon verification of the police report , no case was found registered against the petitioner namely Jibesh Dey at Jalukbari Police Station. As such, the learned Counsel submits that the matter be closed. Prayer is allowed. The instruction dated 24.09.2026 is made part of the records. Petition is closed.
