1. Heard Mr. D. K. Nath, the learned counsel for the opposite party. Also heard Mr. A. Dhanuka, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/respondent Sri Pranab Jyoti Borah, praying for an early hearing of connected MFA No. 332/2023.
