Heard Mr. SK SN Mohammad, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. DP Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Mr. DP Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Page No.# 2/2 submits that the Final Report, has been submitted in the instant case vide Final Report No. 22/2026 dated 30.08.2026, which shows that the petitioner has been discharged. As such, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter be closed. Prayer is allowed. The instant Bail Application is closed and the instruction placed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is made part of the records.
