(Ashutosh Kumar, C.J.) At the outset, Mr. C. Baruah, learned Standing Counsel, NHAI/respondent No.2 has made a statement at the Bar that the entire project has been completed. He has submitted that because the instructions were received by him only recently, the same could not be brought on record by way of an affidavit. We, thus, close this petition with the liberty to the petitioner to have the matter revived, in case the statement made on behalf of NHAI is not correct. This PIL (Suo Motu) stands closed.
