1. Heard Ms. G. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N. Das, learned State counsel for the respondents.
2. The present Misc Case is filed praying for restoration of WP(C) No. 2302/2021, to its original file, which was dismissed for non prosecution by this Court under its order dated 30.04.2026.
2. Perused the averments made in the application.
3. Having gone through the pleadings made in the application, this Court is satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/petitioner for restoring the connected miscellaneous application.
4. Accordingly, the order dated 30.04.2026 is recalled and the connected writ petition stands restored to its original file.
5. The present Misc Case stands disposed of accordingly.
