ORDER
07/10/2026 Mr. H R Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the order dated 01.10.2026, passed by the Chief Engineer (PHE), Water, Assam, by which, the grievance of the petitioner has been rejected. Mr. S Sarma, learned Standing counsel, PHE Department is present and placed the said order dated 01.10.2026. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed on withdrawal, with a liberty, as prayed for.
