ORDER

Date : 07.10.2026

Mr. R. Bora, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that taking into account the disputed questions of fact are involved, the petitioner would not like to pursue the present writ petition. The learned counsel, however, submitted that the withdrawal of the instant writ petition should not affect the petitioner’s right to approach the competent Court of civil jurisdiction.

2. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

3. The withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not prejudice the petitioner in any proceedings initiated before the competent Court of civil jurisdiction, subject to the same being permissible in law.
