ORDER

06.10.2026 Heard Ms. V. Khakhlary, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned CGC, for the Union of India.

2. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for correction of the cause title of the AB No. 2316/2026, in the Order, dated 22.09.2026.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the cause title of the Order, dated 22.09.2026, in A.B. No. 2316/2026, the name of the police station of the applicant has been mentioned as ‘P.S. Nalbari’; but in-fact, the same ought to have been ‘P.S. Basistha’, and as such, she submits that the word ‘P.S. Nalbari’, in the aforementioned cause title, may be deleted.

4. Mr. Parashar, learned CGC submits that he has no objection in the event of allowing the same.

5. Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of this petition, by directing to delete the word ‘P.S. Nalbari’, from the cause title of A.B. No. 2316/2026.

6. In terms of the above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
