Heard Mr. A. Rahman, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. DP Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Mr. DP Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that charge sheet has been laid in the instant case vide charge sheet no. 113/2026 dated 31.08.2026 and as such, the learned Counsel submits that he be permitted to move the appropriate application before the concerned Court. Prayer is allowed. Further, it is seen that by order dated 16.09.2026, the interim protection is granted to the petitioner and as such, this Court extends the said order by another 15 days so as to enable the petitioner to avail his reliefs as per law. Petition is closed.
