Heard Mr. N. N. B. Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms. K. Dey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. G. Bora, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1. The learned counsel for the parties submits that the order dated 22.04.2026 passed in WP(C) No. 6206/2025, has been complied with and an amount of Rs. 3,52,991.00 has been released in favour of the petitioner.
