I have heard Mr. K.K. Das, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam, who submits that in this case police has laid the charge sheet being C.S. No.47/2026
Page No.# 2/2 dated 31.08.2026. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial court on 2nd of November, 2026 for seeking regular bail. Till that date only, the interim bail granted earlier shall continue. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application is disposed of.
