ORDER
Date : 05.10.2026
Taking into account that the Applicant has submitted an application to the National Tiger Conservation Authority through the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, this Court is of the opinion that till the said application is duly taken up and any decision is taken, the present Interlocutory Application is premature.
2. Accordingly, the instant application stands closed.
3. Liberty however is given to the Applicant to approach this Court in the circumstance, such application is permitted by the National Tiger Conservation Authority.
