Mr. Bhaskar Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has submitted that Police has filed Charge Sheet in this case being C.S. No. 190/2026 dated 09.09.2026. Since Police has filed charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial court seeking regular bail within next 7 (seven) days and till then only, the interim order passed earlier in favour of the petitioner shall continue. The bail application is disposed of.
