The present interlocutory application has been filed for impleadment of the applicant as the respondent No. 7 in the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 3216/2026. Perused the materials available on record including the pleadings. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner has no objection to such impleadment. Taking note of the matter in entirety, the present application is allowed by impleading the present applicant as respondent No. 7 or as per the requirement of CIS in the connected writ petition. The petitioner shall furnish an amended cause title in terms of the
Notification No. 19 dated 19th June, 2023 before the Registry within a period of one week from today and after acceptance of the same, the petitioner shall furnish the amended cause title to the learned counsel for the respondents. Registry to correct the cause title of the connected writ petition by incorporating the name of the applicant as the respondent No. 7 or as per the requirement of CIS in the connected writ petition.
