1. Heard Mr. A. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
2. This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of Special (NDPS) Case No.01/2026, pending in the Court of Page No.# 2/2 the learned Special Judge, Goalpara.
3. One witness has been examined by prosecution. Let the Trial Court examine 2 (two) more witnesses and after that the bail application of the petitioner shall be considered.
