Heard Mr. P P Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Also heard Mr. S Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. This application has been filed under Order 22 Rule 3 of the CPC praying for substitution of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner no. 1 Debeswar Boro. It is seen that the present application has been filed within time. Therefore, the same is allowed. The names of the legal heirs of late Debeswar Boro are mentioned in page 3 of this application.
