ORDER
30.09.2026 (M. Zothankhuma, J)
Mr. A. Khanikar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that Mr. Ayus Garg, IAS has now been appointed as the Mission Director for Rastriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhijan, Assam (RMSA), Guwahati-19, instead of the earlier respondent no.3 Dr. Om Prakash, IAS. He accordingly prays that Mr. Ayus Garg, IAS be impleaded as respondent no.4. Mr. S. Borah, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that he has got no objection to the said prayer. Accordingly, Mr. Ayus Garg, IAS is impleaded as respondent no.4. The applicant shall submit an amended copy of the Cause Title to the Registry. The I.A.(C) is accordingly disposed of.
